マルチケーブルギアのリングにカラビナを付け、そこに専用ストラップを接続します。
利用するトレーニングマシンに、マルチケーブルギアに接続した専用グリップの逆側を取り付けて使用します。ストラップにグリップを装着したことにより、背中のトレーニング種目で非常に扱いものとなります。

Elbow Cuffs - ELITE
Attach a carabiner to the ring on the Elbow Cuffs - ELITE and then connect the dedicated strap to it.
Attach the other end of the dedicated grip connected to the Elbow Cuffs - ELITE to the training machine you're using. The grip attached to the strap makes it extremely useful for back training exercises.
