At the end of 2018, Masahiro Yamamoto, also known as Narcis Yamamoto, conceived this training gear. It was brought to life by his older brother, a leather bag artisan, who poured nearly 40 years of master craftsmanship into its creation. The result is Elbow Cuffs ELITE.
While Elbow Cuffs ELITE can be wrapped widely around the upper arms, wrists, ankles, and even around the knees (large size only), this model is designed specifically for use on the wrists and ankles.
Until now, athletes have used cloth or leather straps to help maintain their grip on weights and compensate for limited grip strength. Today, power grips are used far more commonly; however, exercises still tend to place excessive strain on the forearms and upper arms.
By evolving the included gear strap developed for Elbow Cuffs ELITE into a power-grip style system, this model supports grip strength during pulling movements in back training. It allows the user to relax their grip during the return phase, reducing strain on the arms. The structure enables the wrist to rotate inward and outward, allowing stimulation of the back from various angles without changing grips. It can also be used effectively for chest, shoulders, and arms. Additionally, when wrapped around the ankles, it can be used for glutes, inner thighs, and other lower-body exercises.
When used together with the main Elbow Cuffs ELITE body, back training becomes even more effective.

◆ Load Capacity ◆
Ring attached to the main wrist gear: Load capacity 150 kg
Strap loop metal fitting: Load capacity 170 kg
D-ring & carabiner attached to the strap tip: Load capacity 110 kg
The prototype model features a double fastening system (Velcro + belt) at the wrist. When securely fastened, even under heavy loads, you can relax your grip without worrying about the gear slipping off.
For single-hand use, the maximum load corresponds to the D-ring’s load capacity of 110 kg.

Because the belt system secures firmly to the wrist, it does not detach easily. As the training load increases, relaxing your grip may place additional stress on the wrist joint. Please carefully review and understand the above information before use.
◆ Size ◆
Wrist size: Compatible from 15 cm circumference
The length between the wrist and shaft is available in three variations to ensure a firm and secure fit in the palm.
S Size: 4 cm (thumb side) / 3 cm (little finger side)
Suitable for women or those with smaller hands
M Size: 5 cm (thumb side) / 4 cm (little finger side)
Average hand size
L Size: 6 cm (thumb side) / 5 cm (little finger side)
Suitable for larger hands
When worn, the gear fits deeply into the palm. It is specifically designed so that when the loop strap is pulled during back training, the grip does not separate from the palm. Please be aware of this snug fit.
The feeling is comparable to the tight fit of a power grip.
(The shaft is slightly angled, with the thumb side slightly longer and the little finger side shorter. The correct setup is with the downward-angled side toward the little finger and the attached ring facing outward.)
For chest or arm training, switch the setup to the opposite arm so that the ring faces inward.
◆ Handling Precautions ◆
Always fasten the Velcro and belt securely when using the gear.
Do not use the product in any manner other than its intended purpose. Improper use may result in injury or damage.

As each piece is handmade by an artisan, slight differences between left and right may occur.
