New YMJ AXIS-SHIF Wrist Cuffs

At the end of 2018, Narcis Yamamoto, also known as Masahiro Yamamoto, came up with the idea, and his brother, a leather bag craftsman, combined their 40 years of experience to create the Elbow Cuffs ELITE training gear.

This original product from a long-established Japanese workshop that has been in business for three generations is a culmination of the craftsmanship of a single craftsman, polished to a steel-like finish.

While Elbow Cuffs ELITE can be wrapped around a wide area, including the upper arms, wrists, ankles, and knees (large size only), this type is limited to wrapping around the wrists and ankles.

Until now, cloth or leather straps have been used to compensate for grip strength in order to maintain a firm grip on weighted grips.
Nowadays, power grips are overwhelmingly used, but this exercise still places excessive strain on the forearms and upper arms.

By upgrading the included gear straps of the Elbow Cuffs ELITE to a more powerful grip, it can handle the grip strength often used in pulling movements during back training, and loosen the grip when returning, reducing strain on the arms. The design allows you to twist your wrists inward and outward, so you can freely stimulate your back without changing to different grips, and you can wrap it around your ankles to work on your glutes and adductor muscles.

Using it together with the Elbow Cuffs ELITE body allows for more effective back training.

◆Weight Capacity◆
The ring attached to the main wrist gear section has a load capacity of 150 kg.
The D-ring attached to the strap at the end has a load capacity of 110 kg.
As the wrist section of this product is secured with Velcro, using excessively heavy loads may cause the gear to come off the wrist. In addition, with frequent use, the Velcro will gradually deteriorate, resulting in reduced durability.
Please use this product with full understanding of these characteristics.

◆ Size ◆
Wrist size: compatible with 13 cm and above.
The distance between the wrist and the shaft is adjustable in three stages, providing a firm and satisfying fit in the palm.
The overall feel is comparable to that of a power grip.
The strap lengths on the thumb side and little finger side are intentionally different, allowing the shaft to fit naturally and securely into the palm.
S Size: 4 cm – Suitable for women with smaller hands
M Size: 5 cm – Average hand size
L Size: 6 cm – Suitable for those with larger hands

When using the gear, be sure to wrap and secure the wrist Velcro strap firmly before use.
Please refrain from using the product in any way other than the recommended usage, as improper use may result in injury or damage.

This product is made to order, therefore cancellations after placing an order cannot be accepted.
As each item is handmade by craftsmen, slight differences in size between the left and right sides may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
