Elbow Cuffs – ELITE was conceived in late 2018 by Masahiro Yamamoto, also known as Narcis Yamamoto.
His brother, a professional leather bag craftsman, is responsible for every step of the process—from cutting to sewing—allowing the production of only one set per day.
This patented training gear is the culmination of approximately 40 years of craftsmanship.
Created by a long-established Japanese workshop spanning three generations, this original product represents the pinnacle of a single craftsman’s skill, refined to a steel-like level of perfection.
The basic usage is simple: wrap the gear around the upper arm, attach the included carabiner and dedicated strap, and connect it to the grip bar of a machine used for pulling movements such as lat pulldowns.
This setup allows you to directly and efficiently stimulate the back muscles, significantly enhancing training effectiveness.

Large: Upper arm circumference approx. 20–50 cm
Normal: Upper arm circumference approx. 20–40 cm
Women’s: Upper arm circumference approx. 20–35 cm
If your forearm circumference is between 35 cm and 40 cm, please specify your preferred size in the order notes.
Example: If a person with a 35 cm upper arm circumference selects the Large size, excess material may remain, making movement difficult.
Please be sure to choose the size that best fits your upper arm circumference.
◆ Handling Precautions ◆
When using the gear, be sure to thread the carabiner through both rings on the gear.
Using only one ring may cause premature deterioration or damage.
To prevent abrasions on the upper arm caused by friction, we recommend wearing long sleeves or a support sleeve.
Please refrain from using the product in any manner other than as recommended, as improper use may result in injury or damage.

This product is made to order; cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been placed.
Due to the handmade nature of each item, slight size differences may occur between the left and right sides.
