Elbow Cuffs - ELITE was invented by Masahiro Yamamoto, aka Narcis Yamamoto, at the end of 2018. His brother, a leather bag craftsman, is responsible for everything from cutting to sewing, so only one set can be produced per day. This patented training gear is the result of approximately 40 years of craftsmanship.

This original product from a long-established Japanese workshop that has been in business for three generations is a culmination of the craftsmanship of a single craftsman, polished to a steel-like finish.

The basic idea is to wrap the gear around your upper arm, attach the included carabiner and the gear's dedicated strap, and hook it onto the grip bar of a machine that pulls you up, such as your back, to easily and directly stimulate your back, enhancing the exercise effect.
It's also great gear that's gentle on the joints, and is next-generation training gear recommended by sports doctors. It's now used by people of all ages and backgrounds, from famous celebrities, top bodybuilders, and Paralympic athletes to beginners.

◆Weight Capacity◆

The ring attached to the main gear has a weight capacity of 150kg.
The carabiner has a weight capacity of 300kg.
The included strap has a weight capacity of 600kg.

The main gear itself is designed to withstand over 250kg.
The forearm strap is designed to withstand a high load of 40kg.

◆Sizes◆

・Large fits upper arm circumferences from approximately 20cm to 50cm
・Normal fits upper arm circumferences from approximately 20cm to 40cm
・Women's fits upper arm circumferences from approximately 20cm to 35cm
There are two forearm sizes available:
Women's size for the main arm + Women's size for the forearm
Normal & Large size for the main arm + Normal size for the forearm. (If your forearm is between 35cm and 40cm, please indicate your preference in the comments section.)
*For example, if someone with an upper arm circumference of 35cm chooses the large size, there will be a lot of excess material, making it difficult to move around. Please choose the size that fits your upper arm circumference.

◆Handling Precautions◆

- When using the gear, be sure to thread the carabiner through both rings on the gear.
Failing to thread the carabiner through both rings may cause premature deterioration or breakage.

- When using the gear, we recommend using long sleeves
or a supporter to prevent abrasions caused by skin friction on the upper arm, etc.
・Please refrain from using the product in any manner other than as recommended. Doing so may result in injury or damage.
